Junior Accounting & Tax Consultant (India) Company: AccuraCFO Job Location: India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 96,000 - 1,20,000 per year As an Articled Assistant at AccuraCFO, you will have the opportunity to work closely with startups and growing businesses to build structured, compliant, and scalable finance functions. Your role will be full-time and on-site in Bellandur, Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities:- Financial reporting and accounting for startups and SMEs ROC, GST, PT and income tax compliance Supporting SOP design and process improvements Assisting in audits and financial reviews Working directly with clients to identify and solve gaps Qualifications:- CA Intermediate cleared (both groups preferred) Strong basics in accounting, taxation, and compliance Curious, structured, and willing to go beyond checklists Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environmentAt AccuraCFO, the focus is on going beyond routine compliance to help founders streamline processes, implement robust SOPs, and make better financial decisions with clarity. With experience across India and US finance and tax systems, the team brings both precision and practical business understanding into every engagement.
