Builds Autodesk Revit add-ins and automation tools in C#/.NET to streamline AEC workflows using BIM technologies.
We're looking for a passionate Junior AEC Software Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and is eager to build software for the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry.
Job Summary:
As a Junior AEC Software Engineer, you will work closely with senior developers and fire protection engineers to develop and enhance Autodesk Revit add-ins, automation tools, and intelligent software solutions. You'll participate in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications that improve engineering workflows through BIM technologies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET
- Build and enhance Autodesk Revit add-ins
- Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams
- Debug, test, and optimize software solutions
- Learn and work with BIM technologies and the Revit API
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of software development experience.
- Good knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Understanding of .NET Framework / .NET Core.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and the Revit API
- Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience with WPF, Python, or Azure DevOps
- ITI graduates (Software Development/.NET tracks) are highly preferred
