Junior Affiliate Manager (Arabic)

Requirements:
0,5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming;
Working with RS, hybrid, CPA models;
A well-established database of loyal affiliate partners;
Proficiency in traffic analysis;
Exceptional communication skills;
Ability to approach tasks comprehensively and diversely;
Upper-Intermediate level of Arabic.

Responsibilities:
Actively search and negotiate with potential partners;
Conduct competitive analysis and apply insights to optimize traffic and affiliate programs;
Acquire, retain, and activate new affiliates and partnerships;
Analyze partner-generated traffic for quality;
Achievement of KPIs on a regular basis;
Provide technical support to partners and configure all necessary segments that partners may require;
Maintaining and cultivating strong relationships through regular contact, including meetings, phone calls, and emails, as well as representing our company effectively in professional conferences.
