Junior Affiliate Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who already has initial experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, media buying, or iGaming and wants to develop a career in affiliate management.
You will be responsible for supporting partner acquisition, building relationships with affiliates, and assisting in the growth of traffic volumes across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
Search for and identify potential affiliate partners, media buying teams, influencers, and webmasters.
Conduct outreach and establish initial contact with potential partners.
Assist with onboarding new affiliates and maintaining partner databases.
Build and maintain relationships with existing partners under the guidance of senior team members.
Monitor partner activity and traffic performance.
Support negotiations and communication regarding partnership terms.
Prepare reports and update internal tracking systems.
Research new traffic sources, markets, and partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and support.
Requirements
6+ months of experience in Affiliate Marketing, iGaming, Digital Marketing, Media Buying, Sales, or a related field.
Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and traffic acquisition models.
Interest in the iGaming / Betting industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
English level A2+ or higher.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Nice to Have
Experience working with affiliates, influencers, or traffic sources.
Understanding of Asian markets and traffic specifics.
Existing industry contacts.
Experience with CRM systems, Google Sheets, or reporting tools.
