Junior AI Developer (Full Remote)

Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month

Are you excited about how AI is changing the way software is built?

We are looking for a technically curious and methodical Junior AI Developer to work closely with our development team on building and improving a multi-tenant business platform.

This role is ideal for someone with practical experience using AI coding agents, and a logical approach to troubleshooting. You do not need to be an expert in every technology listed, but you must be willing to investigate problems, verify information, learn quickly, and take responsibility for seeing tasks through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Development: Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, OpenCode Codex, or similar tools to develop, test, debug, and improve software.

• AI Agent Coordination: Direct and supervise AI coding agents, manage parallel development tasks, and ensure their outputs are reviewed, tested, and completed properly.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate the root causes of bugs, performance bottlenecks, build failures, and infrastructure issues rather than relying on temporary workarounds.

• System Monitoring: Maintain reliable logs, telemetry, progress reports, and performance measurements to support evidence-based decisions.

• Technical Research: Read official documentation before implementing solutions, verify AI-generated suggestions, and use maintained third-party tools where appropriate instead of unnecessarily building from scratch.

• Git and Release Workflows: Work with repositories, version control, build processes, hooks, and CI pipelines to support reliable software delivery.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and software development fundamentals.

• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, OpenCode Codex, or similar tools to build or modify real software projects.

• Familiarity with Git, repositories, version control, and basic software development workflows.

• Ability to investigate the underlying cause of a problem instead of accepting the first apparent solution.

• Willingness to read official documentation, test assumptions, and verify technical claims rather than relying blindly on AI-generated answers.

• Good task management skills, with the discipline to prioritise, finish work, and report measurable results.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with another developer.

• Clear English communication skills, particularly when writing technical instructions, progress updates, and troubleshooting notes.
