Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and monitor operational workflows and automations used across the business.

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and system integrations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

  • Design and implement automated checks and controls to identify errors and operational issues early.

  • Integrate data from multiple systems into a single, reliable source for reporting and analysis.

  • Monitor the performance, reliability, and health of workflows, automations, and integrations.

  • Document workflows, processes, and technical solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for automation initiatives.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and data pipelines.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology.

Requirements:

  • Experience with workflow automation and integration tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar, gained through professional, academic, or personal projects.

  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python scripting.

  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and integrating third party services.

  • Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or data warehouses.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • A responsible approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Exposure to data visualization or Business Intelligence (BI) tools, AI or Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, or experience working in a regulated financial services or operations environment will be considered an advantage.
