Junior AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications using Python and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).

• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Design effective prompts and evaluate AI model performance.

• Integrate AI models into web applications using REST APIs.

• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or pgvector.

• Assist in developing AI agents, chatbots, and automation workflows.

• Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.

• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and QA teams.

• Debug, test, and optimize AI applications for performance and scalability.

• Document technical designs, experiments, and implementation details.

• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, models, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Development.

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals.

• Basic knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and Git.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
