Artificial intelligence is at the core of our product: from extracting information out of unstructured text, through classification and predictive models, to analyzing influence propagation across business graphs.
Join us in our Polish team who is working directly with the German team and start your career working on AI systems that have a real impact on how our customers understand the market. This role is designed for someone early in their journey — you'll learn from experienced engineers and grow into a confident AI practitioner.
Responsibilities
Help design prompts and implement LLM-based solutions for analysis of text documents
Support the team in building and maintaining classification and regression models
Work with structured and unstructured data — cleaning, exploration, feature engineering
Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
Help deploy models to production environments and assist with monitoring tools
Document and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
Must have:
Up to ~1 year of experience in Machine Learning / NLP (internships, academic, or personal projects count)
At least one AI/ML project you can walk us through (academic, personal, or commercial)
Working knowledge of Python and the ML
Basic familiarity with embedding techniques: word, sentence, topic
Experience in data cleaning and analysis
Basic SQL knowledge
Eagerness to learn, a curious mindset, and willingness to ask questions
Nice to have:
Knowledge of visualization libraries (matplotlib, seaborn, streamlit)
Basic understanding of graphs and graph metrics (NetworkX, NetworKit)
Familiarity with tools: Neo4j, ElasticSearch, SAP Hana
Knowledge of German/English/Polish
