Junior AI Prompt Engineer & Automation Coordinator

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Junior AI Prompt Engineer & Automation Coordinator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in drafting and refining prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to help generate quality healthcare marketing content. You will also support the team in analyzing data and maintaining our CRM automation sequences. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about AI agent behaviors, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has a keen interest in streamlining digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Assistance & Testing: Support the development and testing of prompts across LLMs (like ChatGPT and Gemini) to aid in the creation of machine-readable, authoritative content.

Quality Assurance & Analysis: Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, formatting, and alignment with healthcare transparency standards. Help track the performance data of AI-driven outreach campaigns.

Workflow Support: Assist in monitoring and maintaining automated lead follow-up and messaging sequences within our CRM.

Process Documentation: Help document internal business development pipelines and identify basic bottlenecks in the patient journey where technology can assist.

Required Qualifications:

A strong foundational understanding of, or demonstrable interest in, generative AI tools and prompt engineering.

An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn data analysis techniques.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset).

Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and adapt quickly to new software.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

Basic exposure to or a strong eagerness to learn workflow automation platforms like Make.com or n8n.

An interest in the healthcare sector, digital marketing, or global business development.

Familiarity with basic SEO concepts or content creation.
