สร้างเอไอพัฒนาระบบ AI สำหรับบริษัทไทย เช่น ระบบอ่านเอกสารภาษาไทยด้วย OCR และระบบที่ใช้ LLM ทั้งผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราเองและระบบเฉพาะสำหรับลูกค้า เรากำลังหาคนที่มีแนวคิดแบบนักวิจัยและมีทักษะทางเทคนิคที่แข็งแรง

หน้าที่

• Research: อ่านงานวิจัย ทดลองวิธีใหม่ ๆ สำหรับ OCR ภาษาไทย, LLM และระบบค้นหา ออกแบบการทดลอง วัดผล และสรุปผลเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

• OCR: เทรนและปรับจูนโมเดล OCR สำหรับเอกสารภาษาไทย

• LLM: เตรียมชุดข้อมูล fine-tune และวัดผลโมเดลภาษา

• RAG: แบ่งเอกสารเป็นส่วน (chunking) สร้าง embedding และทำ index สำหรับค้นหา เพื่อให้ LLM ตอบจากเอกสารได้

• Machine Learning: สร้างและวัดผลโมเดลสำหรับจัดประเภทและดึงข้อมูลจากเอกสาร

• MLOps: ติดตั้งและให้บริการโมเดลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ GPU ของบริษัท

• นำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ในผลิตภัณฑ์จริง (Python backend, Next.js frontend) พร้อมเทสต์และเอกสารประกอบ

คุณสมบัติ

• จบปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาย วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ / วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ / AI / Data Science / คณิตศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประสบการณ์ 0–2 ปี

• นักศึกษา (รวมสหกิจศึกษา) รับเฉพาะผู้ที่มีผลงานวิจัย เช่น บทความที่ตีพิมพ์หรือส่งตีพิมพ์ เคยเป็นผู้ช่วยวิจัยในแล็บ หรือทำวิทยานิพนธ์/โปรเจกต์ที่เป็นงานวิจัย

• มีแนวคิดแบบนักวิจัย: อ่านงานวิจัยเป็นประจำ ออกแบบการทดลอง วัดผลอย่างตรงไปตรงมา และเขียนสรุปได้ว่าอะไรได้ผลหรือไม่ได้ผล

• เขียน Python ได้ดี และเคยใช้ PyTorch หรือ ML framework อื่น

• ใช้ Git เป็น และมีผลงานที่ทำเองให้ดู (GitHub, บทความ หรือโปรเจกต์)

• ภาษาอังกฤษ: งานนี้ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทุกวัน ทั้งการประชุม เอกสาร และการสื่อสารในทีม ต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้ (working proficiency) ระดับ B2 ขึ้นไป (เทียบเท่า TOEIC 750+, IELTS 6.0+ หรือ TOEFL iBT 72+) ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีใบคะแนน แต่จะสัมภาษณ์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ

• ทำงานแบบพาร์ทไทม์ (ประมาณ 20 ชั่วโมง/สัปดาห์), สหกิจศึกษาตามรอบของมหาวิทยาลัย หรือฟูลไทม์ ตามความสามารถ และเข้ามาทำงานที่กรุงเทพฯ 1 วัน/สัปดาห์ (เลือกวันได้ จันทร์–อาทิตย์ ตามที่สะดวก)

About us

Saang AI builds AI systems for Thai companies, such as OCR for Thai documents and LLM-based systems: our own products, and custom systems for clients. We are looking for someone research-minded with strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Research: read papers and try new methods for Thai OCR, LLMs and retrieval; design experiments, measure results and write them up

• OCR: train and tune OCR models for Thai documents

• LLMs: prepare datasets, fine-tune and evaluate language models

• RAG: chunk documents, generate embeddings and build search indexes so LLMs can answer from documents

• Machine learning: build and evaluate models that classify documents and extract data from them

• MLOps: deploy and serve models on our own GPU servers

• Take research results into the product (Python backend, Next.js frontend), with tests and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS / Computer Engineering / AI / Data Science / Mathematics or a related field, 0–2 years of experience

• University students (including co-op) are considered only with research experience, such as a published or submitted paper, research-assistant work in a lab, or a research thesis or project

• Research-minded: you read papers, design experiments, measure results honestly, and can write up what worked and what didn't

• Strong Python, and has used PyTorch or another ML framework

• Uses Git, and has your own work to show (GitHub, papers or projects)

• English: the role uses English every day, in meetings, documents and team chat. Working proficiency is required: B2 or above (about TOEIC 750+, IELTS 6.0+ or TOEFL iBT 72+). No certificate needed; the interview is in English

• Part-time (about 20 hours a week), a university co-op (สหกิจศึกษา), or full-time, depending on ability, and can work in person in Bangkok 1 day a week (any day Monday to Sunday, to suit you)

• Plus: publications, RAG / vector databases, PaddleOCR / Tesseract, Hugging Face, LoRA/QLoRA, Linux, Docker, GPUs, SQL
