- Develop CAD drawings and 3D designs using Lumion to support project requirements.
- Interpret project briefs and create high-quality architectural design solutions.
- Produce interior, exterior and exhibition design concepts and visualizations.
- Review existing 3D designs and implement enhancements where required.
- Create rendered presentations, lighting studies, texturing and shading outputs.
- Develop conceptual designs supported by walkthrough animations.
- Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to support project delivery.
About You
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- 3-5 years of architecture experience within construction or real estate projects.
- Proficiency in CAD, Lumion, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong capabilities in 3D modelling, visualization, rendering, lighting and conceptualization.
- Ability to create interior, exterior and exhibition design solutions, including walkthrough animations.
- Demonstrated team-player mindset with the ability to learn quickly and deliver projects in line with requirements.
- Experience using Adobe After Effects.
- Exposure to advanced visualization, texturing and shading techniques.
- Experience enhancing and refining existing 3D architectural designs.
