Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Junior Architect with expertise in ITSM, GRC modules, and custom application development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while aligning with business needs and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, GRC, and custom applications.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  

• Develop and implement custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow capabilities.
  

• Optimize existing ITSM and GRC workflows for better efficiency and performance.
  

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform stability.
  

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators.
  

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
  

• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments for ServiceNow implementations.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  

• Strong expertise in ITSM & GRC modules.
  

• Hands-on experience in custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
  

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
  

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
  

• Knowledge of CMDB, Access Control, and Security policies within ServiceNow.
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, or GRC) are a plus.
