We're looking for a Junior Art Director who doesn't wait for permission to think beyond the brief. Someone with sharp instincts, a trained eye, and the guts to take a concept from a rough idea to a full campaign. You think in concepts, not just one-off ads or posts, and you're just as comfortable running solo on a project as you are bouncing ideas off the team.

Be Impressive

• Come up with and execute ideas across branding, social, and digital; not just polish someone else's idea

• Build visual and brand identities that hold up across every touchpoint, from a billboard to a reel

• Turn even a short brief into work that our audience will actually stop scrolling for

• Own your projects independently, while staying tight with the rest of the team

• Shape social content through strong visual storytelling, not just templated posts

• Jump into client conversations – when it counts

• Juggle multiple projects without ever letting quality or deadlines slip

What Counts

• A Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or similar

• 2–3 years in a creative or agency environment

• A genuinely strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency, the works

• The ability to turn a couple of lines into an idea worth making and sharing

• Independence and confidence. You don't need hand-holding to own your work

• Fluency in social platforms, formats, and what's trending right now

• Comfort with design tools and AI-assisted creative software

• Organisation that keeps multiple timelines from colliding

• Curiosity. You're the one bringing new tools and trends to the team, not catching up to them

Bonus points if you've got spatial design chops or know your way around 3D software.
