Junior Asset Analyst

Summary

The Junior Asset Analyst manages daily client money and custody asset controls across EMEA, performing reconciliations and supporting regulatory reporting. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes within the Client Assets function.

Location: Warsaw, hybrid (1 day/week home)

Contract Type: Umowa Zlecenie / B2B 6 months initial contract

Rate: up to 90zł/hour

What you’ll do:

  • Manage daily client money and custody asset controls across EMEA
  • Perform reconciliations, calculations, and analysis of client balances
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues and escalations
  • Support regulatory reporting, governance, and audit requirements
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business teams
  • Support process improvements and initiatives across the Client Assets function
  • Assist with regulatory breach management and remediation

What you bring:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in financial services, operations, controls, or regulatory reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of financial controls and regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Excel skills

Nice to know:

  • Experience with Client Assets / CASS regulations
  • Exposure to custody, client money, or reconciliations
  • Experience working with auditors or regulators
