Role Duties:

Assist in the development and maintenance of payment software and open banking solutions.
Write, test, and debug clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
Support the integration of APIs for payment processing and financial data handling.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices.
Help troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the fintech space.

What We Need From You:

Any formal certificates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Bachelor’s degree, Bootcamp certification, etc.) are preferred but not required.
Understanding of Open Banking principles and fintech applications is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of API integrations and software development practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
A passion for innovation and continuous learning in financial technology.

Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB

What we offer:

Salary/Wage: £23,000 - £27,000
+ Stock options (Depending on relevent experience and qualifications)

Office Hours: 09:30 – 15:30, Monday – Thursday
