What you'll be working on Develop and optimize large-scale backend services using
Golang or Java . Build
real-time risk control systems
for fraud detection and transaction monitoring. Develop high-performance services for
high-concurrency and low-latency
environments. Work with technologies such as
Kafka, Redis, MySQL, and Elasticsearch . Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Risk teams to build scalable platform capabilities. Contribute to system
performance, reliability, and availability
improvements.
What they're looking for 1–3 years
of backend development experience. Strong proficiency in
Golang or Java . Experience with
high-traffic platforms, distributed systems, or large-scale backend services . Hands-on experience with
MySQL, Kafka, Redis, and/or Elasticsearch . Familiarity with
microservices and distributed architecture . E-commerce, payments, fintech experience
is highly preferred. Mandarin Chinese speaking
ability is required to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional engineering teams.
