We are a growing outsourced accounting firm that provides bookkeeping and accounting services to small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. Our mission is to simplify financial management for our clients by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team and support our clients with their day-to-day accounting needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their accounting expertise in a fast-paced, client focused environment.
Skills:
• English B2+
• 1 year of direct accounting setting and bookkeeping experience in a professional.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles and core accounting concepts.
Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts and maintaining general ledgers.
-Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
-Support the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and necessary adjustments.
-Assist with payroll processing as necessary and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
-Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
-Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and address accounting inquiries.
-Work collaboratively with senior accountants and management to improve processes and enhance client service.
