At Lindt Iberia, we are looking for a Junior Brand Manager. This role supports the development and delivery of the Tablets & Snacks brand strategy, combining business analysis, brand planning, innovation, and high-quality execution to drive sustainable category and brand growth.
As a part of your main accountabilities will be
Business & performance management
- Analyse and report key internal (sell in), and market performance indicators (sell out), translating data into clear business insights.
- Monitor competitors results and marketing activities.
Brand strategy & planning
- Support the development of annual brand and category plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and international brand guidelines.
- Contribute to portfolio, pricing, promotion and activation recommendations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Marketing plan execution
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns and consumer activation plans.
- Develop key brand and point-of-sale materials, coordinating agencies and internal stakeholders from briefing to final delivery.
- Ensure consistent and premium brand execution across touchpoints.
- Track marketing expenditure and support effective budget allocation.
Innovation & new product development
- Coordinate innovation and renovation projects with international marketing, factories, supply chain, and co-packing partners.
- Support business cases, costs and P&L analysis, artwork development, product texts, mock-ups, customer sell-in materials, codes and launch information.
- Track launch readiness, key milestones and post-launch performance.
Experience & tools
- Completed relevant Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree in Marketing or Business is valued.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in FMCG, ideally with exposure to business and market analysis, brand planning and marketing execution.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of market and consumer data tools is valued.
