Junior Business Analyst (AI Transformation)
- Lead AI use case discovery workshops with business units across logistics, customs, customer service, and operations — structured to surface high-value, AI-solvable problems.
- Produce detailed AI use case specifications including business context, data inputs/outputs, expected model behaviour, edge cases, success metrics, and regulatory constraints
- Prioritize use cases using a value-versus-feasibility framework, maintaining and updating the use case backlog in alignment with programme roadmap
- Coordinate user acceptance testing for AI features — including designing test scenarios for LLM outputs (evaluating relevance, accuracy, tone, and safety)
- Map existing Java-based business processes to identify AI augmentation and automation opportunities without requiring full system replacement
- Liaise with legal, compliance, and data privacy teams to ensure use case designs meet PDPA and regulatory requirements
- Support vendor requirements handover — ensuring external AI teams have complete, unambiguous specifications before building begins
- Track business benefit realisation against programme KPIs: processing time reduction, cost per transaction, accuracy rates, user adoption
Job Requirements:
- Business Analyst in technology or digital transformation programmes
- Domain knowledge in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or customs operations
- Experience writing functional and non-functional requirements for AI, ML, or data-driven systems
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement elicitation workshops at all organisational levels
- Strong data literacy — comfortable with data schemas, APIs, and system integration concepts
- Hands on experience working on LLM, chatbot, or intelligent automation projects
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or LLM evaluation methodologies
- CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification
- Knowledge of AI governance and explainability requirements
