Junior Business Analyst Assistant (Trainee) (M/F)

Main Responsibilities: Working alongside the Business Analysis team, you will: Support daily production activities and help monitor business incidents and requests. Assist in the analysis, investigation and follow-up of production issues in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Contribute to gathering, documenting and maintaining business requirements, processes and functional specifications. Support Business Analysts in preparing project documentation, meeting minutes and reporting materials. Help monitor project actions, deliverables and deadlines to ensure proper follow-up. Assist in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect follow-up. Prepare dashboards, status reports and KPI tracking for management and project stakeholders. Participate in meetings with business and IT teams and contribute to solution discussions. Learn and apply the Business Analysis methodologies, standards and tools used within the Bank (JIRA).
