Junior Business Analyst
Summary
Junior Business Analyst gathers and documents requirements, models processes, and collaborates with IT and stakeholders to improve complaint handling in a leasing industry project.
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join the project from leasing industry. As a part of the team you will contribute in analysis and optimization of complaint handling processes by identifying business needs, modeling processes, defining requirements, and collaborating with IT and stakeholders to implement effective system and operational solutions.
- Minumum one year of experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
- Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders
- High level analitycal and communication skills
- Knowledge of analythical tools like: Excel, Jira, Confluence
- Experience in complaints, customer service or operational processes is a plus
- Hybrid model of work - 5 days a month
