Junior Business Analyst

Summary

Junior Business Analyst gathers and analyzes platform usage data, supports user research, and maintains engagement documentation for a remote agency team.

Job Description:

Junior Business Analyst

The Junior Business Analyst (Remote) provides analytical and production capacity to the other two roles. The role exists to carry the structured, repeatable work of the engagement, so that the senior profiles concentrate on the judgement-based activities. It is the natural place to absorb volume work and is priced accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse data on platform usage, channel activity and documentation coverage to support prioritization.

  • Support user research: scheduling, note-taking, synthesis of interviews and workshops, and maintenance of persona and journey artefacts.

  • Build and maintain the adoption insights view that tracks the agreed measures of engagement and progress.

  • Draft and produce content under the direction of the Documentation Lead, including newsletter releases and community updates.

  • Maintain engagement documentation, action logs, and reporting inputs.

Key Requirements:

  • Business analysis fundamentals: requirements gathering, structured analysis and clear written synthesis.

  • Comfort working with data and with reporting or dashboarding tooling; exposure to Databricks or Power BI is an advantage.

  • Strong written English and attention to detail.

  • Able to work effectively in a distributed team with limited supervision.

Other Details:

Location: Remote

Candidates must be available to start on 24 August 2026, or the supplier must state clearly when full capacity is reached.
