Junior Business Analyst (Finance Background)

Salary: Rp 5.400.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month

About the role

Support CargoWise implementation projects for clients across Southeast Asia. You will assist with requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and client communication while developing knowledge of SCM, logistics, freight forwarding, and CargoWise operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support CargoWise implementation projects for clients across Southeast Asia

• Assist with requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and client communication

• Support project coordination, including meeting minutes, SOPs, action tracking, and follow-ups

• Assist with CargoWise configuration, testing, user setup, and issue resolution

• Support finance and logistics-related modules, including AR, AP, and transport workflows

• Assist with user training, project handover, and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills required

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Interested in logistics, ERP systems, and business process analysis

• Mature, proactive, highly motivated, and willing to learn

• Familiarity with accounting concepts such as AR and AP is a plus

• Familiarity with Xero, CargoWise, or other ERP/accounting software is a plus

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Must be based in Batam

• Able to join as soon as possible
