We are looking for Junior Business Analyst
Work Location: Lat Krabang (Hybrid - WFO 3 Days & WFH 2 Days)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.

• Support KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking and reporting to measure business and system performance.

• Participate in system implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and migration projects.

• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to investigate issues, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.

• Perform data analysis using SQL and validate data accuracy across applications.

• Support application testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.

• Assist in preparing test cases, test results, and project documentation.

• Organize and facilitate meetings to present new features, system changes, and root cause analysis findings.

• Provide application support during project implementation and post-deployment phases.

• Monitor application performance and support daily operations to ensure system stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• 0 - 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related areas.

• Basic understanding of SDLC, business processes, and software development methodologies.

• Hands-on experience or knowledge of SQL queries and data models.

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, APIs, Cloud platforms, and Command Prompt is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to investigate system and operational issues and recommend solutions.

• Good communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Service-minded with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
