Junior Business Analyst – Manufacturing Systems (C# Background Preferred) - Fresh Graduates Welcome to Apply

Summary

The Junior Business Analyst will support manufacturing system projects by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and coordinating between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role requires a foundational understanding of C# and software development lifecycles to assist in system integration and process automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements from users and stakeholders.
  • Support senior Business Analysts and project teams in understanding business processes, system behaviour, and user requirements.
  • Work closely with developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Support manufacturing system projects involving equipment integration, automation, MES, and related applications.
  • Participate in requirement discussions, workshops, project meetings, and solution review sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as requirement specifications, process flows, use cases, test scenarios, meeting notes, and user guides.
  • Support system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation activities.
  • Assist in analysing application, interface, and integration issues and coordinate with technical teams on resolution.
  • Review system changes and enhancements to ensure they meet documented business requirements.
  • Support integration between manufacturing equipment, MES, middleware, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve and automate existing business and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of existing manufacturing applications and workflows to support future system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding of C# programming and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Candidates with academic, internship, or project experience involving C#/.NET will have an advantage.
  • Interest in developing a career in Business Analysis, system implementation, and solution delivery.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, application architecture, databases, and system integration concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems is preferred.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Able to understand both business requirements and technical discussions.
  • Comfortable working with business users, developers, engineers, vendors, and project teams.
  • Willingness to learn manufacturing systems, equipment integration, automation, and enterprise applications.
