Junior Business Analyst – Manufacturing Systems (Fresh Graduates Welcome to Apply)
Summary
Junior Business Analyst supporting manufacturing system projects (MES, equipment integration, automation) by gathering requirements, maintaining documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and assisting with UAT.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Support senior Business Analysts and project teams in understanding business processes and user needs.
- Prepare and maintain basic project documentation such as requirement documents, process flows, meeting notes, test scenarios, and user guides.
- Participate in requirement discussions, workshops, and project meetings.
- Support manufacturing system projects involving equipment integration, automation, MES, and related applications.
- Assist in coordinating between business users, developers, engineers, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Assist in recording, tracking, and following up on system issues and user feedback.
- Help verify that system changes and enhancements meet documented business requirements.
- Support documentation of manufacturing processes, system interfaces, and application workflows.
- Learn and understand existing manufacturing systems and processes to support future enhancement and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with internships, industrial attachments, academic projects, or relevant technical exposure will have an advantage.
- Basic understanding of business analysis, software development, system implementation, or application support is preferred.
- Interest in manufacturing systems, equipment automation, system integration, or enterprise applications.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems will be advantageous.
- Basic programming knowledge, particularly in C#, will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, business processes, and manufacturing systems.
