As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders and developers to help shape software that makes a real impact. From day one, you'll own projects, gather requirements, solve problems, and turn ideas into practical solutions. With support from experienced BAs, you'll build your skills, grow your confidence, and take on increasing responsibility as you develop.
What you'll be doing:
- 🎯 Own BA tasks and projects from requirements through to delivery
- 🔍 Research business needs and uncover the "why" behind requests
- 💡 Help shape solutions that deliver real value to users
- 🤝 Partner with stakeholders and development teams to define requirements
- 📝 Create user stories, specifications, and supporting documentation
- 🎨 Support design and development teams with clear briefs and ongoing guidance
- ✅ Contribute to testing, quality assurance, and successful releases
- 🚩 Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early
- 📈 Continuously develop your BA skills, tools, and techniques
