About Us

We are a dynamic, growing print manufacturing, procurement, and third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in Narangba. We specialize in the end-to-end manufacture and supply of printed matter, including brochures, books, posters, branded uniforms, promotional items, and signage. We also provide proprietary online portals for our corporate clients to manage, store, pick, pack, and dispatch their branded goods to branches nationwide.

To power this complex ecosystem, we invest heavily in cutting-edge software. We are looking for an analytical mind to support our Systems Architect and grow alongside our business.

The Opportunity

Whether you are a motivated career-starter looking for your first break, or you have limited experience (perhaps a year or two in basic IT helpdesk, office administration, or data management) and want a step up, this role is designed for you.

As our Junior Business Analyst / Systems Understudy, you will join us on a structured development pathway. Working side-by-side with our resident Systems Architect, you will learn how to analyze business workflows, manage complex software ecosystems, and bridge the gap between our physical manufacturing floor and our digital portals. For the right candidate, a formal, government-funded Certificate III or Certificate IV in Information Technology traineeship pathway may be available to support your technical career development.

What You'll Do from Day One:

While you learn the deeper, complex layers of our systems, you will hit the ground running with these essential tasks:

• Generate Reports: Learn how to extract data from our systems to build the spreadsheets and reports that keep our production lines and warehouse moving efficiently.

• Internal Staff Help Desk: Be the go-to person assisting our local Narangba team members with everyday IT basics (setting up a printer, resetting passwords, or general troubleshooting).

• System Administration: Help set up new user accounts, adjust system permissions, and document step-by-step instructions for our software.

• Vendor Liaison: Help log technical issues with our specialized external software suppliers and track their progress to resolution.
