As a junior business analyst, you work within multidisciplinary Agile teams. This is an example role. The exact responsibilities vary per organisation and assignment, but are always suitable for a junior profile and focused on learning, analysing and collaboration.
Depending on your assignment, you will: - analyse and map processes, information flows and bottlenecks - gather and structure requirements from stakeholders - support translating business needs into requirements or user stories - contribute to backlog refinement, sprint preparation and reviews - support testing, acceptance and implementation of solutions - think along about improvements in processes, data quality and collaboration - document processes, requirements and agreements
You collaborate with product owners, developers, data specialists and other stakeholders and learn how change and decision-making take place within large organisations.
