Junior Business Development Associate (m/f) – Funchal, Madeira
Cinnagen Co, Unipessoal Lda, part of the CinnaGen biopharmaceutical group (biosimilars and specialty biologics), is looking for a Junior Business Development Associate to support its partnerships in Portugal and Europe.
Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate potential partners (distributors and licensees) in Portugal and Europe
• Prepare presentations, company profiles and deal summaries
• Support contract processes (NDAs, term sheets, licensing and supply agreements)
• Coordinate partner meetings and attend industry events in Europe
• Monitor public tenders in Portugal and other markets
Requirements
• Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, business or economics
• 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting or a similar role (recent graduates welcome)
• Based in Madeira
• Organised, proactive, with strong communication skills
• Availability to travel within Europe (up to 10%)
Nice to have: experience in pharma or biotech, or a third language (Spanish, French or German).
