Key Duties:

• Drive daily business development activities through outbound calls, client engagement and lead generation to introduce company services and identify new opportunities.
• Understand clients’ manpower requirements and recommend suitable services based on their hiring needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations, and follow up closely with prospects to progress and convert business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales or a related field.
• Results-driven, proactive and motivated to achieve business development targets.
• Confident in making outbound calls and communicating with clients.
