Junior Business Development Specialist + Recruitment

🇨🇦 Easy Renovation (www.easyrenovation.ca) specializes in high-quality bathroom renovations across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive Junior Business Development Specialist to support both our recruitment efforts & business development initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and wants to develop a career in recruiting, business development, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Full Cycle)
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer
Create and publish job postings across relevant recruitment platforms
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with manager
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate recruitment records
Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Business Development
Research potential partners, vendors, candidates, and business opportunities
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to establish new business relationships
Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
Support partnership, marketing, and strategic business development initiatives
Assist with lead generation, CRM management, and follow-up communications
Collaborate with internal teams to support company growth initiatives

Qualifications
Excellent English - B2/C1 (oral and written)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Previous experience in Business Development, Recruitment/HR, Digital Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
