Your future role.
- Analyze, document and model end-to-end business processes across functions.
- Contribute to maintaining a transparent overall process landscape.
- Support the integration of oneCPQ and S&OP into the overall process landscape.
- Identify process interfaces, dependencies, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Capture and structure business requirements, decisions and open points.
- Act as an interface between process owners, business stakeholders and IT.
- Prepare and facilitate cross-functional workshops with process owners and IT.
- Support common process modeling standards and documentation principles.
- Identify digitalization, automation and AI-supported optimization potential together with CX & AI.
- Provide deputy support to the function lead in operational coordination, reporting and the preparation and follow-up of management topics.
- Coordinate actions across stakeholders, track decisions and open points, and provide transparency on progress and priorities.
Your profile.
- Completed or about to complete university degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
- Initial practical experience in business process management, process analysis, requirements engineering, business intelligence or digital transformation.
- Basic knowledge of process modeling methods such as BPMN 2.0; experience with SAP Signavio or comparable process modeling tools is an advantage.
- Initial knowledge of S&OP, CPQ or comparable cross-functional business processes is an advantage.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Power Apps is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to understand and structure cross-functional end-to-end processes.
- Confident communication and collaboration skills when working with business stakeholders, process owners and IT.
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working combined with a strong team spirit.
- High affinity for digitalization, automation and AI-supported process optimization.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
