We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Junior Business Systems Administrator to support and maintain our operational systems infrastructure.
This role will focus on administering company systems, managing user access through JumpCloud, and implementing workflows and automations based on approved business requirements.
This is an execution-focused position, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a senior systems or operations role.
- Systems Administration
- Administer and maintain company operational systems
- Manage user roles, permissions, and configurations
- Monitor integrations between platforms
- Test and safely deploy system changes
- Ensure system stability and data accuracy
JumpCloud Administration
- Manage user provisioning and Deprovisioning
- Maintain access controls and permissions
- Support directory and device configuration
- Ensure secure and compliant access management
Workflow & Automation Implementation
Build and maintain workflows and automation rules
Develop and modify scripts (including Deluge)
Translate approved business requirements into system configurations
Support internal teams with system-related requests
Data Integrity & Reporting Support
Maintain data consistency across systems
Assist in building dashboards and operational reports
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies
Requirements
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in system administration, CRM administration, or operations support
Strong logical and analytical thinking
High attention to detail
Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Strong English communication skills
