As a Junior Card Dispute Specialist, you will gain hands-on experience in card dispute handling, fraud-related processes, and customer support while working closely with colleagues across Europe.

- Employment contract with a salary range of 7800-9000 PLN gross per month.

Our requirements: ✅
- Fluent in Danish and English (minimum B2 level in both written and spoken communication).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential risks and issues.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to clearly explain decisions and reasoning to customers and stakeholders.
- Experience handling customer requests and administrative tasks in a professional, positive, and efficient manner.
- Ability to manage sensitive customer issues with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills, with a focus on operational excellence.

- Experience within the financial services sector will be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of card payment processes, including authorization, clearing, and settlement, will be considered an advantage.
- Educational background in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not required.
