Swan Global Junior Civil Engineer – Oil & Gas

Location: Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar
Industry: Oil & Gas
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas experience

Assist in supervising and monitoring civil construction activities at Oil & Gas project sites.
Review civil drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Monitor civil works, including excavation, concrete works, foundations, structural works, and other infrastructure activities.
Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
Conduct routine site inspections and verify that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor work progress and report any technical issues, delays, or deviations to the project team.
Coordinate material requirements and support the planning and scheduling of civil construction activities.
Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, HSE procedures, and site safety regulations.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and other relevant project documentation.
Support the resolution of site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Experience in civil construction, site supervision, and inspection activities.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
Knowledge of concrete works, foundations, excavation, and structural civil works.
Familiarity with construction quality requirements and HSE standards.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a project-based site environment.
Candidates with previous experience in Qatar Oil & Gas projects will be preferred.
