Junior Cloud Engineer
Salary: ฿30,000 – ฿40,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in deploying, monitoring, and supporting cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform).
Key responsibilities
Assist in deploying and configuring cloud services under the guidance of senior engineers.
Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, billing, and resource utilization, reporting any anomalies to the team.
Support the senior team during on-premise to cloud, or cloud to cloud migration projects.
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve day-to-day technical issues for internal teams or clients.
Assist in maintaining and updating the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation and policies.
Support internal and external ISMS audits (e.g., ISO 27001).
Help manage and review Identity and Access Management (IAM) permissions to ensure the principle of least privilege.
Monitor security alerts, logs, and incidents, and escalate potential security threats to the senior team.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Cloud technologies (New graduates with a strong passion for Cloud and Security are welcome).
Basic understanding of Cloud Computing concepts (Google Cloud Platform experience is a big plus).
Familiarity with ISMS frameworks (like ISO 27001) is an advantage, but not strictly required (willingness to learn is a must).
Good problem-solving skills and a strong team player.
Proficient in Thai and able to communicate in English.
