Location: Chicago, IL — Hybrid. Enjoy a collaborative office environment Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays and additional designated periods throughout the year.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our Chicago team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise while working on complex, high-impact real estate transactions.In this role, you will:
- Assist with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and investment transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional agreements and supporting documentation.
- Work on real estate joint ventures, private equity investments, and M&A transactions.
- Support commercial real estate financing, fund formation, and leasing matters.
- Conduct due diligence, analyze transaction risks, and help guide deals through closing.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and clients on sophisticated real estate projects.
- Gain exposure to office, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, retail, and other commercial property investments.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to practice law in Illinois.
- 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions preferred.
- Junior associate experience, ideally within the 2024 or 2025 law school graduating classes.
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, or other transactional real estate matters.
- Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience at a large or highly regarded commercial law firm is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials preferred.
