Junior Compliance Officer

The ideal candidates for this project are qualified graduates who are readily available and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Purpose(s) of job

e.g. to support division, to bring on new business, to maintain client relationships etc.

To support the group by clearing candidates to work and ensuring working candidates are kept up to date

Key Tasks

e.g. making cold calls, data entry, recruiting staff etc.

· Checking compliance packs that have been sent to the framework standard required

· Sending out application forms via docusign

· Adding candidates to panther

· Applying for FTWs

· Applying for DBS’s

· Applying for references

· Booking in training

· Booking in Interviews

· Compiling files to be sent to the clearance team

· Sending out ID badges and timesheets

· Updating documents for working candidates

· Updating panther with news documents
