We are looking for smart, ambitious individuals who already have their first project experiences and want to develop in the area of technology consulting and business automation.

You don't need to know CRM or specific tools — we will teach you. What is much more important to us is:

What This Role Involves

You will work on projects that connect technology with business processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Analysis and process design

• analyzing sales, marketing, and customer service processes

• identifying areas for automation

• business process modeling

Process automation

• configuring low-code / no-code tools

• building workflows and automations

• integrating various systems

System implementations

• configuring CRM systems and operational platforms

• supporting implementations and testing

• participating in client workshops

Consulting work

• gathering business requirements

• preparing analyses and recommendations

• participating in transformational projects

Over time, you will lead entire areas of implementations or automations.

Who We Want to Meet

We are looking for people with 1–2 years of project experience, e.g., in the areas of:

• IT / business consulting

• business analysis

• system implementations

• operations / business processes

• product / tech startups

• data / automation / low-code

Or perhaps you have worked on projects in roles such as:

• Junior Consultant

• Business Analyst

• Implementation Specialist

• Product / Operations Analyst

• Junior Project Manager

Nice to Have

We don't require these, but it will be a plus if you have:

• experience with CRM

• knowledge of BPMN / process modeling

• basics of SQL or data analysis

• experience with low-code / no-code platforms

• interest in AI in business and automation
