As a junior consultant urologist, you will work alongside experienced specialists to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a range of urological conditions. Key responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed clinical evaluations and physical examinations of patients presenting with urological issues.
- Assist in diagnosing and managing disorders such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate conditions, and urinary incontinence.
- Support senior consultants during surgical procedures and gain hands-on experience.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging and laboratory investigations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education regarding therapy options and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient histories, examinations, and treatment progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions to enhance patient care.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training to keep abreast of advancements in urology.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with a valid medical license.
- Completion of residency training in urology.
- Strong interest in urology with a commitment to learning and professional development.
- Good clinical judgment and diagnostic capabilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Previous clinical experience or internships in urology is preferred but not mandatory.
