Junior Content & Editorial Manager

What You'll Do

● Manage a team of writers: assigning topics, reviewing drafts, and keeping output on schedule and on-brand

● Edit articles for grammar, clarity, consistency, and factual accuracy before publication

● Write headlines and select header/thumbnail images that are catchy, accurate, and on-brand

● Analyze performance data to identify what's resonating and propose new topics accordingly

● Write original short-form content in our established voice and tone

Requirements

What We're Looking For

● Fluent, native-level English is a must

● Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to grammar, clarity, and consistency

● A fact-checker's instinct: you double-check suspicious claims rather than letting them slide

● Comfort working with data to inform editorial decisions (pageviews, engagement metrics)

● An eye for visuals: knowing what image will actually make someone stop scrolling

● Ability to match an established tone and style quickly

● Strong time management: comfortable producing quality work on a deadline

● Familiarity with Wordpress/Elementor
