Junior Continuous Improvement Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Continuous Improvement projects and ad hoc analysis requests through data collection, analysis, and documentation.

  • Maintain and update Excel trackers, databases, reports, and dashboards.

  • Assist in mapping processes, identifying gaps, and documenting improvement opportunities.

  • Support preparation of presentations, status updates, and management summaries.

  • Help gather and document business requirements for process or technology improvements.

  • Coordinate meetings, track actions, and follow up on project progress.

  • Support testing, training material preparation, and implementation of process changes.

  • Contribute to KPI monitoring and ad-hoc improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Preferred background: University studies/diploma ( preferably in economics, business, finance, IT, engineering, or a related field).

  • Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge

  • Attitude: Precision, reliability, client-oriented mindset, and proactive personality

  • Prior experience in reporting, project support, process improvement, administration, or shared services is an advantage.

  • Good Excel skills and confident use of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Basic understanding of project methodology, business processes, or Continuous Improvement is an advantage.

  • Upper-intermediate English knowledge, both written and spoken.
