Key Responsibilities
Support Continuous Improvement projects and ad hoc analysis requests through data collection, analysis, and documentation.
Maintain and update Excel trackers, databases, reports, and dashboards.
Assist in mapping processes, identifying gaps, and documenting improvement opportunities.
Support preparation of presentations, status updates, and management summaries.
Help gather and document business requirements for process or technology improvements.
Coordinate meetings, track actions, and follow up on project progress.
Support testing, training material preparation, and implementation of process changes.
Contribute to KPI monitoring and ad-hoc improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Preferred background: University studies/diploma ( preferably in economics, business, finance, IT, engineering, or a related field).
Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge
Attitude: Precision, reliability, client-oriented mindset, and proactive personality
Prior experience in reporting, project support, process improvement, administration, or shared services is an advantage.
Good Excel skills and confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding of project methodology, business processes, or Continuous Improvement is an advantage.
Upper-intermediate English knowledge, both written and spoken.
