Are you a Junior Creative with a passion for sport, design and social content?

An exciting opportunity has come up to join a growing specialist creative agency working with some of the world's leading sports organisations.

As a Junior Creative, you'll have a hands-on role creating content across graphic design, motion graphics and video editing, helping to bring ideas to life across social and digital channels.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative who wants to develop their skills across multiple disciplines while working within a collaborative, ambitious agency environment.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and producing visual content for social channels, digital campaigns and brand touchpoints
  • Creating platform-native content tailored to different audiences and social formats
  • Developing motion graphics, animations and short-form video
  • Editing footage, archive material and supplied assets into engaging social edits
  • Adapting campaign ideas and key visuals across different formats and deliverables
  • Working collaboratively with the creative team to develop fresh ideas for sports-focused clients
  • Supporting presentations, mood boards, storyboards and creative treatments
  • Maintaining a high standard of craft across typography, layout, composition, pacing and visual storytelling
  • Working within brand guidelines while finding opportunities to make content feel distinctive and relevant
  • Managing multiple deliverables and responding positively to feedback and changing priorities
  • Keeping up to date with emerging social formats, cultural trends, creative tools and production techniques

We're looking for a motivated, curious creative who is keen to learn and develop. You'll ideally have:

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • A good understanding of graphic design, video editing and motion design
  • A strong eye for typography, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling
  • An understanding of how content needs to adapt across different social platforms
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, motion and video
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to contribute ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing well-crafted work
  • A genuine interest in sport, culture, design and social media

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience creating content for sports, lifestyle, entertainment or youth-focused brands
  • An understanding of social-first storytelling and short-form content
  • Basic skills in sound design, colour grading, photography or filming
  • Experience working with templates, versioning assets or producing content at scale
  • An interest in emerging creative and AI-assisted tools

This is a great chance to join a growing creative team and work on exciting projects for major sports organisations, while developing your skills across design, motion and video.
