This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior CRM & Marketing Automation Assistant based in Brazil.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build expertise in CRM and marketing automation.
You’ll support the management and optimization of CRM workflows that enable sales, marketing, and business operations.
The role combines hands-on campaign support, workflow automation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll help create and refine automated campaigns designed to nurture leads and increase customer engagement.
The ideal environment is practical, fast-moving, and focused on finding solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
You’ll have the opportunity to expand your technical and analytical skills while working with CRM and automation platforms.
With strong performance and development, the role can provide a path toward a CRM Specialist position within approximately six months.
Accountabilities
- Assist with the management, configuration, and optimization of CRM workflows supporting sales, marketing, and broader business operations.
- Support the setup, testing, monitoring, and refinement of automated marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and engagement.
- Investigate workflow, CRM, and automation issues, researching solutions and taking initiative to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand business needs and ensure CRM workflows and automations support operational goals.
- Assist with integrations between CRM systems and third-party applications, particularly through automation platforms such as Zapier.
- Help maintain reliable and organized automation processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Support basic reporting and analysis to help monitor campaign and workflow performance.
- Basic hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Zoho, Monday, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Trello, Notion, or similar tools.
- Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred, although motivated junior candidates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to researching and resolving technical or operational challenges.
- Ability to learn new platforms, tools, and processes quickly in a changing environment.
- English proficiency at approximately B2 level and bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, as the position supports a LATAM-based environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace/Google Suite and basic reporting or analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks reliably.
- Bonus experience or knowledge in HTML, CSS, SQL, or AMPscript.
- Curiosity about CRM, automation, digital marketing, and technology, with an interest in developing toward a CRM Specialist career path.
