Junior Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Executive to join our freight forwarding team.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily customer enquiries and shipment follow-ups.
- Coordinate Air, LCL, FCL and local delivery arrangements.
- Liaise with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters and warehouses.
- Prepare and check shipping documents such as HBL/MBL, HAWB/MAWB, DO and permits.
- Monitor shipment status, ETD/ETA and delivery arrangements.
- Assist with job costing, billing and monthly job closing.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and provide timely updates to customers.
- Support the sales and operations team on daily activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in freight forwarding/logistics is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Additional Information:
- Basic $2,800-$3,200/month
- Working location: Central
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours : 9am to 6pm
