Responsibilities\:
Facilitates the review, development, implementation, and documentation of Information Security and IT policies, procedures, processes. May coach and mentor more junior analysts as necessary.
Conducts Information Security research, analyses and synthesizes information; anticipating business needs and its application to Systems processes and potential solutions
Maintain & enhance ISO27001 requirements
Adapts IEC62443 requirements and make them relevant for MOL Group
Support various Business Units and Functional Units with their information security needs
Liaise with Senior Members of MOL Group Companies, liaise with and support EU Regulatory Affairs, HR & IT
Conducts compliance assessments and provides direction on any deficiencies
Measure Information Security compliance level of MOL Group Companies, manage exceptions, and develop Compliance training programs.
Support the remediation of critical audit findings and will interact with internal and external auditors as needed
Supervise & report the delivery of the Compliance Framework (delivering & implementing Information Security regulations across MOL Group companies)
Evaluate complex business and function unit strategies from cyber security compliance aspect and provide guidance and solution to solve the identified issues
Manages direction for development design specifications for compliance issues
Provide information about MOL Group Cyber Security capabilities to customers based on their sourcing process or contracts with MOL Group
Requirements\:
University/College degree
3+ years in Compliance
Have an open mind-set
Focused “can-do” positive attitude to deliver excellent service
Able to lead and to be led
Structured thinking and analytical skills
Excellent written & oral communication skills ability to balance conflicting interests
Take responsibility for assigned tasks, take lead of unassigned tasks
Ability to deal with multiple issues and tasks under pressure
Ability to navigate the organization, collaborate across locations & cultivate effective working relationships across various organizational levels
Willing to accept new challenges and learn in new areas
Strong background in Information Security Compliance, with a special focus on EU & nation state regulatory compliance
Familiarity with relevant EU Directives & applicable (nation state) laws
Working experience with ISO27001/IEC62443, Experience with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) applications
Strong service commitment and verbal, writing and reporting skills
ISACA CISA/CISM/CRISC or ISC2 CISSP, Certified ISO270001 Lead Auditor (advantage)
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
