Junior Cybersecurity Analyst - Emdep

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Information Security team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience across multiple areas of cybersecurity, working alongside experienced professionals to help protect the organizations information assets, systems, and business operations.

The successful candidate will contribute to cybersecurity operations, risk management, incident response, compliance activities, and continuous security improvement initiatives while developing a solid foundation in enterprise security practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Information Systems Or a related field
• Computer networks and communications

• Incident response fundamentals
• Information security governance and compliance concepts
• Fluency in English communication, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring and analysis of security events and alerts
• Assist in the investigation and handling of cybersecurity incidents
• Participate in vulnerability identification, assessment, and remediation follow-up activities
• Contribute to security improvement projects and initiatives
• Help maintain security-related documentation, procedures, and records
• Support risk assessment and risk treatment activities
• Assist with internal and external audits and compliance reviews
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Applications, Business, and Operations teams to improve security posture
• Support identity and access management processes, including access reviews and permission validation
• Contribute to business continuity and incident recovery activities
• Participate in security awareness and training initiatives across the organization
• Help ensure compliance with information security policies, procedures, and standards
