Junior Cybersecurity Sales Operations

Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 2,700 per month

About the role

Junior Cybersecurity Sales Operations role supporting the sales and business development team with quotations, proposals, RFQs, tender documents, and customer coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales and business development team

• Prepare quotations, proposals, RFQs and tender documents

• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal technical teams

• Follow up on quotations, proposals and sales opportunities

• Maintain sales trackers, CRM and project documentation

• Assist with customer meetings, demos and presentations

• Collect pricing, BOM and technical documents from vendors

• Support sales administration and reporting

• Learn and understand basic cybersecurity products and services

About you

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, Marketing or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Basic Microsoft Office/Excel skills

• Willing to learn cybersecurity and sales

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
