Junior Data Analyst, FP&A - Growth, Hybrid & 4-Day Week

TeamSystem Spa is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join the FP&A team in Milan. You will prepare and model datasets, create dashboards for data visualization, and ensure data accuracy for monthly updates.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Controllers and fast-paced environments while offering hybrid work arrangements and ongoing learning opportunities. Ideal candidates have FP&A or consulting exposure, advanced Excel skills, and a degree in economics, engineering, or computer science.

Prepare and model datasets, and create reports/dashboards for data visualization. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Manage scenarios and perform monthly updates of actuals. Review reports produced on a monthly basis. Develop knowledge of data sources and build reporting with Controllers. At least 1 year of experience in consulting or in Controlling and FP&A. Advanced Excel skills for modeling and automation. A degree in economics, engineering, or computer science, with a quantitative approach.
